Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases. If you have not accessed or downloaded program content during this period, you may request a full refund by contacting us within 14 days of purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Cancellation within the 14-day cooling-off period before content access
• Technical issues preventing access that we cannot resolve within 7 business days
• Duplicate or erroneous charges verified by our payment records

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

• More than 14 days have passed since purchase and content has been accessed
• A significant portion of session content has been viewed or downloaded
• The request relates to dissatisfaction with personal outcomes from using the program
• Account termination results from a breach of our Terms of Use

Annual Access Cancellations

You may cancel annual access at any time to prevent renewal. Cancellation does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund for the remaining subscription period unless required by law or covered by the cooling-off period above.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@cartilageflexibl.world with your order reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can address your concern directly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Consumer Rights
